Your information, explained.
North American Sales Agency LLC, doing business as UnlistU, operates this workspace. This notice explains how the current app handles the information you choose to provide.
What the workspace stores
We use your signed-in account identifier and email to associate your workspace with you. We store the profile details you enter, uploaded reference photos, saved cases and source URLs, search records, and case activity. Each signed-in account has its own workspace. Hosting and authentication services may also process technical connection and security information under their own service terms.
Why we use it
Your information supports account access, saved profiles and cases, searches you authorize, and records of your choices. Add only details relevant to your own privacy search. This beta is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
Search providers and source websites
When configured and when you authorize a search, selected identifiers are sent to OpenAI’s search service. Reference photos are sent to Google Cloud Vision for image matching only when that service is configured and you give the separate photo-search consent. Search providers process those inputs under their applicable terms. This integration looks for matching or similar images; it does not identify faces across the web or create facial identity templates.
Opening a source website or choosing to load its image preview connects your device to that website, which may receive your IP address and other browser information. Review its privacy notice before sharing further details. No automatic removal notices are currently sent to publishers.
Identity checks and payments
Identity verification is sandbox-only and may be unavailable until configured. Do not submit real identity documents to the test flow. If a test session is enabled, Stripe hosts document and selfie collection; the app keeps session references, status, timestamps, and a name consistency hash, not document images. A test completion does not verify your identity. Member billing is not active and the app does not currently collect card details.
Retention and your controls
Profile information and cases remain in your workspace until you edit or delete them. Settings provide data export and workspace deletion controls. Uploaded photos are stored privately and can be deleted. Workspace deletion removes live app records and stored files; it does not guarantee immediate deletion from infrastructure backups or providers’ separate records. A provider redaction failure may delay completion, and the app will show an error rather than claim success.
Removing a record from UnlistU does not remove information from the original website. Use the original publisher’s process for that request. Other privacy rights may be available under the laws that apply to you.
Before expanded services
Live identity verification, paid memberships, and automated submission are not active. This notice will be updated before materially different data processing is introduced. A dedicated company privacy contact and additional operational details must be established before those services launch.
