Terms of use

UnlistU is a privacy workspace operated by North American Sales Agency LLC, doing business as UnlistU ("UnlistU," "we," or "us"). These terms describe your use of the current beta service.

Your workspace

This release is for adults aged 18 or older managing their own personal information. Provide accurate information and upload only photos and materials you are entitled to use. Do not use the service to investigate others, impersonate anyone, submit false requests, or interfere with lawful access to information. Protect access to the ChatGPT account you use to sign in.

Services and availability

You can store a profile, save source links, and track privacy cases. Automated searches depend on configured third-party services and beta eligibility. Current limits are displayed in the app. Whole-web coverage, identification of people through web-wide facial recognition, automated publisher submissions, and ongoing monitoring are not currently provided. Identity verification is a test integration and does not verify a real member’s identity in this release.

Your decisions and privacy options

Review each finding and confirm it concerns you before choosing an action. A possible match is not proof of identity or unlawful publication. You are responsible for checking the accuracy and grounds of any request you send. A publisher may need additional information to assess it.

Available rights and outcomes depend on applicable law, your circumstances, platform policies, and publisher decisions. Removal, delisting, suppression, and search ranking changes are not guaranteed. UnlistU provides organizational tools and general information, not legal advice or representation. Using the service does not create an attorney-client relationship or authorize us to act as your lawyer.

Memberships

The prices shown in the app are proposed monthly plans. Paid subscriptions and member billing are not active. No purchase is required for the current free workspace. Before paid service becomes available, checkout will explain the included features, usage limits, recurring charges, cancellation process, and applicable refund terms for your approval.

Third-party websites

Links take you to independent sites. Their content, availability, verification requirements, and privacy practices are controlled by their operators. Removing a search result does not necessarily remove the original content or copies elsewhere.

Your data and changes

See our Privacy notice for current data handling and deletion controls. Beta features may change or be unavailable. Material changes to these terms will be identified with an updated date; any new paid service will require a separate checkout decision. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
